Our Research
Our group develops models for the integrative analysis of high throughput data. We aim at studying gene regulation and expression mechanisms in physiological conditions like development and pathological conditions like cancers.

Our Team
Our team is composed of computational biologists with diverse experience in genomics, transcriptomics, and the study of complex diseases such as cardiomyopathy and psychiatric disorders. We use computational tools to explore biological data and better understand the underlying mechanisms of health and disease.
